In the workplace of the future, CONMETRA's experts will be even more in demand for temporary projects than they are today. Our experience shows that interested companies and investors put together specialised teams for specific tasks and then disband them once the work is done.

The classic employer-employee organisational structure will continue to exist, but in our view it is also outdated for complex tasks. Conmetra is a specialised network of individuals who pursue a common goal in the short or long term when working on safety-related systems.
